yeah...ok...so...
i call mom and tell her about my dream and all that stuff...and she says, did you get your medication? and i'm like uh, yeah. and she's like how did you get it so soon. so i tell her that albertson's gave me a couple (4 to be exact) to last till i get my mail order. and she's like oh, that's good.
why do i try and tell her things? i mean really, i'm 33 years old and desperate for her approval...and then when she doesn't react the way i want...i'm upset.
go figure

the voice of reason & wisdom can "feel" crushing. like the popping of a balloon- no encouragement "seemingly" found. God puts wise people/counsel in our lives to keep us in check along the way. if we don't listen or ask for wise counsel- we'll fall on our faces trying to sprint out of the gates. Or, we'll be all excited @ the start & crap out later, because we're trying to do a bunch of things on our own accord (laboring in vain). keep your dreams, welcome wise/mom counsel, & bathe it all in prayer. i say this from a viewpoint of having not listened to wise counsel & going through the worst year of my life. keep your head up & be encouraged that God loves, accepts, & forgives us. btw, it's so nice to have you back!!!
