that is a line from the movie Bruce Almighty...a movie that i had not seen until last night. i don't care all that much for jim carey...and i thought it would probably just be some dumb movie making fun of God...but it wasn't...here are a couple of my favorite lines from the movie. it was funny yes...but there were some GREAT parts in too. if you haven't seen it...you should

God: Parting a soup is not a miracle, Bruce. It's a magic trick. A single mom who's working two jobs, and still finds time to take her son to soccer practice, that's a miracle. A teenager who says "no" to drugs and "yes" to an education, that's a miracle. People want me to do everything for them. What they don't realize is *they* have the power. You want to see a miracle, son? Be the miracle. [made me smile!]


God: Grace. You want her back?
Bruce: No. I want her to be happy, no matter what that means. I want her to find someone who will treat her with all the love she deserved from me. I want her to meet someone who will see her always as I do now, through Your eyes.
God: Now THAT'S a prayer. [made me cry like a baby!!]
