woot woot for me!!
ok...so for four days i've eaten within my points range...and i've gone to the gym two days in a row!! woot woot!! i'm so excited
good job! here's a little tip that has helped me continue to exercise for the last year:
feelings often lie, so put your gym clothes on w/o regard for them. at some point (different for everyone), those feelings of, "i don't wanna," become: "i can't wait to exercise, today."
putting on the clothes is a good trick. i usually feel more like running after i put on my clothes and realize how stupid it is that i'm walking around wasting time while wearing running clothes.
Once you have the clothes on, you might as well start, and once you've started it's MUCH easier to keep going...(That's what I'll be telling myself this coming Monday when I attempt to run 7 miles...)
