accountability
well...one thing about posting my "diet and exercise" stuff on here...i don't eat krispy kremes at church!!

more importantly than eating/not eating donuts @ church, i've found, is the battle at home w/fast food & too much cheese.

jason, i have a hard time with candy and fast food. good thing about not having any money - i don't have the temptation of buying any of that "bad" stuff! :)
