fasting
ok so...God has really been putting in my heart that i need to fast. what? ME?? i LOVE food ~ what is He thinking??
hmm...maybe He's thinking i need to put Him first and not turn to food.
i've never done this before - i've started to but not followed through - so this will be a new thing for me.
anyone have any scriptures? or thoughts? comments? ideas? anything? :)

Maybe you can do a fast like Daniel did and not have sweets for a period of time.
