update on the diet and exercise!
ok...just wanted to let you all know how it is going! i have been eating within my ww points for 11 days now! and i've been to the gym 8 out of last 9 days!! and i will be going to the gym later tonight.
it's amazing...it's getting easier and i don't have the desire to eat the "bad" foods so much anymore. i actually look forward to going to the gym. i wish i could get the exercise without the gross sweating part...but hey...i guess i just have to suffer. lol
i haven't weighed myself...but i'm going to do that tomorrow morning...so we'll see if there is any difference yet.
oh, and i have a new goal/heroine! gretchen wilson!! i want abs like gretchen wilson! if you haven't seen her - you can go to www.gretchenwilson.com and check out her new video "california girls"! that is what i want my abs to look like!! i know that will take a long time to get - but that is what i'm working toward.
